Service Enhancements: Bulk Relist Tool
We've upgraded our bulk relist tool with the option to display or not display sold and unsold items. Sold items are now shown with their sale price. Additionally, we've added the feature to calculate fees before relisting your items. The fees are broken down per item and the total cost is shown. You can try out this improved service here: http://www.bendaae.com/Services/BulkRelist.aspx.New Payment Methods: Non Recurring Billing Now Available
Some of our members have asked that we offer a non recurring billing service. We have worked hard to design such a service, and now offer what is essentially a "pay as you go" payment plan. Rather than paying monthly, you may purchase credits (in 100, 200, 500, or 1000 amounts). Each service that we provide (listing an auction, relisting auctions, etc.) requires a set number of credits to use. For example, relisting auctions requires 2 credits each time that you press the "relist auctions" button (so for this particular service you can relist 100s of auctions for just two total credits, provided you are relisting them all at the same time). Listing an auction costs 4 credits. Details are available here. Since this is a new service for us, we may decrease the number of credits required for certain actions as we receive feedback from our members.Selling Tip: Using Gallery Photos
The gallery photo upgrade on eBay is one of the most cost-effective upgrade options that a seller can use. eBay notes that in some cases you can increase the number of bids by double digit percentages. One of the reasons for such a large increase is because a gallery photo essentially doubles the size of your listing in the browse pages. This in turn leads many more people to viewing your auction, and thus bidding. A good rule of thumb is to use gallery photos on every auction that you believe will sell for more than $10.00. Under this amount the increased number of bids will not generate enough additional profit to be worthwhile. Thanks again for your business and good luck selling!
