Service Enhancements: New Bulk Relist Tool

Subscribers to Auction Plans 1 and 2 now have access to our new service, a bulk relist tool. With this tool (accessible from the command center's left navigation menu) you can relist multiple items with just one click. You can see all of your items that have ended on eBay, up to the past 90 days, in a list separated into unsold and sold items. Relisting is as easy as selecting the items and pressing a single button.

Selling Tip: Pricing Your Item

Setting your item's price can be one of the most important aspects of listing your item. You first need to decide upon a pricing strategy: will you be setting a price below market value in the hopes of generating many bids and some "buzz" around your item, or will you try to maximize your investment by setting a price above market value? Whichever you choose, you need to research eBay's completed auctions to figure out which price point you will be using. If you are trying to sell your item for above market value, be sure to set a Buy It Now price equal to the minimum bid. By doing this, your buyers will essentially be paying extra for the privelege of having the item instantly, without having to go through the bidding process. If you selling your item below market value, beware of setting your price too low. Rather than pricing a $50.00 item at 99 cents to save a few cents on eBay's listing fees, price the item at around $9.99, so that in case of a disaster (in other words, in case your item receives no bids), you do not completely lose out.
